Therapy For All

Therapeutic counselling for Women
including people who have lived as women and are transitioning (FTM or FTNB).

Hello. Thank you for visiting my website.
I offer Therapeutic Counselling, Creative Therapies and Mindfulness and Relaxation.

I have been working creatively and therapeutically with individuals and groups for 45 years and I have been offering Counselling, Creative Therapy, Mindfulness and Relaxation and Massage Therapy in London and Gloucestershire for the past 22 years.
Before this, I ran person centred therapy groups in an integrated Family Centre for people with and without disabilities.

My approach is open and down to earth. I aim to de-mystify therapy and make it available to all women including people who have lived as women who are transitioning. I am passionate about offering equal opportunities and I gladly welcome diversity

I have experience of working with:
* Depression and anxiety
* Neurodivergence
* Chronic illness
* Disability
* Grief or loss
* Relationship issues
* Women in same sex relationships and their families
* People who have lived as women and are questioning their gender identity or       transitioning FTM/FTNB
* People with intellectual disabilities and/or their family members.
* Carers
* Women for whom contact is extremely difficult through fear or shame or other communication difficulties. Theses sessions can be arranged in a way that is manageable for you - for example, typing on Skype, email exchange or texting.

I use an integrative and person-centred approach which means that I use a number of therapeutic techniques in order to best meet your needs.
You can have "straight forward" talking therapy or we can collaborate to create unique, bespoke sessions just for you.

I will value and respect you as an individual and recognise your potential for change and your capacity to know what feels right for you.

If you have individual needs which make accessing counselling difficult, I will endeavour to meet your requirements.
Regretfully I am not able to offer wheelchair access.

I adhere strictly to the NCPS and the BACP ethical frameworks. I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and I receive regular supervision from a BACP accredited supervisor.

I work with individuals either on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period of time.

Please feel free to discuss therapies with me and ask questions without any obligation on your part.
For enquiries or to make an appointment for a free initial consultation, please email me at [email protected] or

WhatsApp message me on 07851 402 647
(Please leave a voice message and I will get back to you as I'm unlikely to be able to answer a phone call.)

I work with clients in the UK and around the world online.
If you need to meet face to face, this might be possible to arrange in Stonehouse - within easy reach from Gloucester, Cheltenham and Swindon by car, bus or train.
